Privacy Policy
Collection and use of information.
The firm collects two types of information from visitors to the website: anonymous information and personal information.
Anonymous information.
A visitor’s web browser or application may automatically provide certain information, such as an IP address, which may include the visitor’s geographic location; details about browser software, operating system, and device; access dates and times; and referring and exiting URLs. The firm uses this information to understand how visitors use the site and to improve content and experience.
Personal information.
The website contains certain features, such as contact forms, where a visitor may affirmatively provide information about themselves. When a visitor provides personal information by submitting a contact form, the firm may use that information to respond and to improve subsequent communications, if any.
Information transmitted on the internet, including through the contact forms on this website, is not secure and should not be considered confidential. The submission of a form on this website does not constitute attorney-client communication and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Use of cookies.
The firm uses cookies — small data files — to improve website functionality and the experience of visitors. These cookies do not identify a visitor personally and do not give the firm access to a visitor’s computer. A visitor may disable cookies in browser or application settings; doing so may result in reduced website functionality.
The firm uses a third-party analytics provider — Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about visitors but does not receive personally identifiable information through these cookies.
Distribution of collected information.
The firm will not disclose, without the visitor’s consent, personal information collected, unless required to do so by law. The firm will not distribute or sell personal information to third-party organizations. SMS opt-in information and phone numbers provided for the purpose of SMS are not shared.
Removal of information and opting out.
Visitors seeking to opt out of receiving communications from the firm may reply to any marketing communication with the subject line unsubscribe.
